Grouper handling glove?

I watched the Florida fishing report back on TV for a while, and if it is the segment that all the new shows came out of lures and equipment, it was a sort of glove you wear, would circumvent grouper. There are thumb and you would use it from the lips of a perch like a bass. It protected the thumb of his teeth, and you use it instead of sticking your hands up could damage the gills of fish, and cut your hands all the Hölle.Ich reviewed the product section of their website, but it never mentioned, and I have it not seen since. If I remember correctly, it was as "Grouper Glove" or something similar. Who knows what I'm talking about, and where I can one?

Why not just use a regular gardening glove or leather work glove? You can cut the fingers down half way to make it easier to use but keep the thumb intact. I`m sure a cheap pair of gloves from Home Depot or your local hardware store will be much cheaper than some “special” grouper glove.

I’ve seen deckhands using the “bargain” version of this — duct tape wrapped around the left thumb. The advantage is that you don’t have a full glove on the rest of your hand, and if you happen to touch the fish’s body you won’t damage the slime coating and injure the fish the way the fabric or leather of a glove would.

Hey A BOMB. Here is some good advice. Not only are these gloves fantastic for handling grouper and other slick fish but I use them when I’m surf casting to grip my line. Braided line can tear you up when long casting. I use whats called NITRILE ATLAS FIT gloves. They are fantastic. I attached a link to show you exactly what they look like.

Could this be what you’re talking about? I was just loking at my normal fishing sites and noticed this glove.
